Bored blog

Ugh...this sucks donkey balls. We have been in this airport since forever. I have played every possible game on Facebook, I have responded to every possible email, I have chatted with every possible friend on Yahoo and we're still here. I have even talked to everyone, and I mean EVERYONE, in my phone. I'm ready to just say forget it but we keep racking up money by just sitting here. So as a last resort, I figured I would blog. However, I don't have anything to really blog about. Oh wait...here's something. My observational psych paper was chosen by the head of my department to be reviewed for Psychology Today. WHAT?!? I couldn't believe it when my teacher contacted me. She said that she wanted to meet with me along with the Dean of my department and the Dean of the school. I thought that I was in trouble for plagiarism or something. I was so nervous. When I got in the room, everyone was smiling and I was like, "These white people are HAPPY that I'm getting kicked out of school?" lol So when they told me about my paper, I was so taken aback that I couldn't say anything. This opportunity will and can open many doors for me. I can get into a GREAT master's program, network with other psychologists and find a GREAT job in my field. I am so tired of working with kids!!! I can't do it anymore. And I won't do it anymore! Now I can continue with the charter school Tara and I are opening 'cause I'll be the boss and won't really have to deal with kids. I am actually excited about the charter school. I wasn't at first but Tara is contagious lol. If Charles Ellis can open 5 schools in Detroit, then we can open at least 1 in Chicago. And when we get that school next door, it'll be even more money coming in and helping more kids. OKAY, I'm done with blogging now. I'm getting restless. I guess I could watch Law & Order:SVU on my computer. That'll keep me busy until we can board. Smooches! XOXO
