Guess what? I met Corey Feldman yesterday! I was crazy excited...but held my excitement. We went to Hollywood Blvd. to the movies and he was there showing some of his movies. Of course I have all of those movies on DVD but it was fun to see them with him. He actually sat right next to me during The Goonies. I was quoting my favorite lines during the movie and he was like "I see you like this movie" and I told him that I used to watch it back-to-back when I cleaned the house or went to bed. He laughed and asked what other movies I did that to and I told him Lord of the Rings and Chronicles of Narnia. I told him that I had some of his less-famous movies as well and he was SHOCKED that I liked his National Lampoon movie. I told him that it was weird but it was funny in a weird kinda way. I wanted to ask him about his Michael Jackson obsession but refrained from doing so. He didn't look happy at all. But I'm sure its stressful trying to capitalize on his past success especially when his best friend has passed on and his wife divorced him. He just wants attention and love...he reminds me of Maurice. I did tell him the story of when I went to see The Goonies when it first came out. Did I tell you all the story? Here it goes:
It was the 80s and my mom picked Candace and I up from my grandmother's house to take us to go see The Goonies. We went to the drive-in on Halsted in the wild 100s. We watched the movie and had popcorn and candy and pop...great night lol. NOW I DIDN'T TELL HIM ALL OF THAT...WHY WOULD HE WANNA KNOW THAT?!? LOL After the movie goes off, we are pulling off and the song "Good Enough" by Cyndi Lauper is still playing. During the movie, I had the biggest crush on Mouth (his character). I actually cried because I wanted to see more of him lol. Sad, right? Here's the kicker...for the next week, I pretended that he was my husband lmbo. He got a good laugh outta that and then we stayed silent for the rest of the movie. I think he fell asleep 'cause those seats were soooo comfortable. He did buy me a drink. Can you believe that you can eat and drink at this theater? I was so stoked. I came home and fell out 'cause I was crazy tired. This Earl woke me up this morning asking me about Eric and Alpacino. That seems to be his favorite topic nowadays. So now I've got to find a topic to annoy him on. I was teasing him because he missed going to the hibachi grill yesterday. He said that he can't stand hibachi grills. I love them. We went to Chi Tung yesterday and I have perfected using chopsticks. I ate everything...even my rice with the chopsticks. Of course I didn't eat everything right away....way too much food. But I killed the leftovers with chopsticks. I'M A MASTER OF CHOPSTICKS lol. Well I'm gonna finish cleaning. Dash got sick last night and threw up all over the place. Now he's sleep lol. I wish I could go back to sleep. I wish I could take this weave out....I'm not a weave person lol. I miss my real hair. Only thing I would miss is the jet black color. I'm gonna see if I can color my hair blue-black. Kevin called me this morning asking if I was ready for our trip. I totally forgot to get my ticket. Do you think he'll be mad if I don't go? I need to think of a great excuse of why I can't go. If you all can think of any, leave a comment! XOXO
