Alright. This weekend went pass soooooo fast. I've thought on some things and made some hard but important decisions and I feel confident that my decisions are right. On Sunday afternoon, me and the girls (so sorry Kesha) went to Cracker Barrel for lunch. We had fun talking about our business plans and stuff. Since we talked business, we can write it off lol. Anyways, I'm turning the corner and who do I see at the register? Fine LaRue Watson.....mmmm mmmm mmmm. I immediately broke into a smile and fought hard not to flirt. It was so sad how giggly we were talking to him. We talked to him like 30 minutes. He said I was his first and only ambulance ride lol. Of course it would be me. I couldn't believe he told me that he was 58 years old. 58??? He looks good for a 58 year old man...he looks good period. I was still giggling 4 hours after we left him. He gave me his number and told me to keep in touch. I wonder if he read what I wrote about him on facebook lol. Anyways, that made my weekend even better. We stayed up and watched Unsung. I learned alot about Phyllis Hyman who was gorgeous and some gay dance artist. He was interesting. I finished Twilight and now reading New Moon. I gotta get back to my statistics today....and I gotta get my phone fixed. Have you ever met someone who is your soulmate? This person gets you...this person makes you smile...you can't imagine your life without this person being a part of it. You live to feel this person's arms around you.. This person makes you smile. This is what love is about. I've listened to people talk about how hard love is and how miserable you can be in a marriage. I refuse to accept that! Yes, it is hard word but the benefits outweigh the work. You're in a relationship with your best friend...your lover...your soulmate...and you're happy. I'm rambling on...I have no structure to his little rant I'm on. Its just that I realized this weekend what this person really means to me. Well back to work. XOXO
I am taking a small break to revise this post...more revision is to come lol. My mind was going 110mph while typing earlier. I have to tell you about Kevin...can this man be anymore sweeter?? I've got to do something big for him for sweetest day...that's not an option. We're at the stage in our relationship where we don't talk everyday....we don't need to. I like it like that 'cause when we do talk, we have so much to talk about. Anyways, I hadn't heard from him in like 4 days. Yeah we'd briefly text like "Good morning" or something corny like that but we didn't talk-talk. Friday evening, I'm preparing to watch LOTR and he calls me. Naturally I'm pissed 'cause he's about to disturb a good evening with me and my LOTR. I answer the phone kinda abruptly and he says to me "Guess what's on TV" and I'm like "What?" and he says "LOTR...let's watch it together." OMG....we sat on the phone and watched the movie together like we were on a date...awwwww lol. He doesn't like movies like that but the fact that he made an effort means the world to me. Thanks babe!
